Looking to hire a Professional Organizer (independent contractor position). Lead Organizer
We’re looking for EXPERIENCED organizer, with excellent time management skills, has a keen eye for detail and aesthetics and a friendly and kind personality. We only book projects Monday through Friday with a few hours after each project to do drop off or donations for our clients.
Requirements
🕘 Availability: Open Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm; flexible schedule with 5-20 hours/week, as-needed basis.
💬 Communication Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with clients and teammates alike.
📐 Conduct site visits with meticulous measuring & note-taking.
🎨 Have a strong understanding of interior design, color theory & organization.
💪 Physical Ability: Must be able to work in dusty conditions occasionally and handle physical demands of the job.
💎 Deliver a luxury experience for clients.
🚗 Drive a vehicle large enough for donation drop-offs & supplies.

Most roles start as part-time with flexible hours, and can grow based on performance and availability. We value balance—and we’re happy to work with your schedule. There is plenty of flexibility for parents and students!
You’ll arrive on-site at a client’s home, organize with a small team or solo, and help transform spaces like pantries, closets, kitchens, or entire homes—sometimes even unpacking for luxury move-ins.
Not necessarily! If you’re naturally organized, love beautiful spaces, and enjoy helping others—we’ll train you in our signature systems. Experience is a plus, but mindset is everything.
Yes! All team members go through our paid onboarding process to learn our luxury organizing standards, labeling systems, client communication, and more. You’ll feel confident and prepared on every project.
